What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in can be made from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
If guests arrive before 4:00 PM, check-in will only be allowed if the apartment is available; otherwise, luggage can be stored, and guests will be notified as soon as the apartment is ready.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Is it possible to check-in after 8:00 PM?
It is possible to arrive after 8:00 PM upon request, with an additional charge of 25 euros.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but we do not accept pets in our properties.
What are the cancellation policies?
- 60 days before arrival: 100% refund of the deposit;
- Between 59 and 31 days before arrival: 50% of the stay;
- Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund, but the possibility of creating a voucher for future stays.
Is the linen included?
Bed and bath linens are included in the price.
Weekly bed linen changes and bath linen changes every three days are provided.
The supply of bed and bath linens is included in the price for the entire duration of the stay.
There is a bed linen change every week and a bath linen change every three days.
Additional linen sets incur an extra charge of 10 euros per set.
